He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Foss and Betty Foss (House); his wife Dawn Foss of Clare; his children, Jennifer DeGroat (Donald) of Lansing, MI, Janae Foss (Kenneth McAllister) and Joe Foss, Jr. (Sarah) of Belding, MI; his grandchildren, Wesley and Sidney Foss of Belding; his siblings, John Foss (Jana), Jerry Foss, James Foss and Joy Foss; and also Betty Hebner of Beaverton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the God's Country Church (Formerly Arthur Center Church of God) (3065 S Athey Ave, Clare, MI 48617).
