He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kiphart (Bruce), John Farrell Jr., Jackie Marien and Jim Farrell (Vickie); and his grandchildren, Gary, Matthew, Daniel, Sabrina, Alex, Bryan, Jason, Brianna, Dylan and Bryce. He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in honor of John may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
