We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2023, at the age of 76, Joyce Ann Webb of Clare, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Smith and Marie Smith (Fitzpatrick); her brother Leroy Smith; and her former life partner Glen Webb. She is survived by : her children, Brian, Angela Webb of Lake, Shannon, Steven Prout of Clare, Christopher and Brandi Webb of Clare; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Brian, Teresa, Alexander, Skyler, Mason and Roman; and her sisters, Sandy Robbins (Bill) of St. Johns, Shirley Conn of Clare and Mary Cassidy of Clare.

Memorials may be made to the Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund-Clare.
