He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Johnson and Norma Johnson (Bashaw); and his siblings, Opal and Merle Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. DeFoy; his son Matthew Johnson; and his siblings, Bernie (Marcia), Steve (Tina), Norma Johnson and Linda Rush (David).
