She is survived by : her brother Michael; her stepsibling Shannon Smith; her children, Kayla Smith, Nicholas Smith, Selena, Timothy Laverty, Gerry Osborn Jr. (Bubba) and Samantha Osborn; and her grandchildren, Payton, Willow, Hope, Troy, Kylar, Timmy and Kalli.
