He is survived by: his wife Jean of Andrew's Methodist Church; his children, Amy (Dave), Jeff (Lynn) and David (Kathy); his sister Eileen Smith of Cutler, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Traci (Colton), Aaron, Cory (Brittney), Justin, Alicia (David), Zach, Avery, Angel, Justice and Autumn; and his great grandchildren, Sam, Sophie, Lucy, Caroline and Christian.
