He is survived by: his pet Lila; his wife Linda Jo; his children, Curtis Birch Micol (Micheale), Carrie Jo Kandell (Jimmy) and Kimberly Lynn Howard; his siblings, Jerry Micol, Lisa Osborn (Bill) and Kris Baker (Harold); and his grandchildren, Drew, Yukinara, Griffith, Tyler, Karly, Dylan, Kody and Jared.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to purchase a live tree to plant in his memory.
