He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Nick Salisbury (late Marsha), Teresa Eastman (Scott) and Priscilla Klaus; his half-brothers, Hubert Sizemore, Jr. and Herbert Sizemore; his daughter Ruth Sizemore Sr.; and also, Hubert, Nick and Mary Salisbury.
