He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Kitchen and Hazel Kitchen (Sohmer). He is survived by: his wife Diane Kitchen; his children, Jae Kitchen (Devon) and Jennifer Bullard; his granddaughter Hannah Bullard; and his brothers, Roger Kitchen (Kathy) and Greg Kitchen (Jeanne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
