He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Howard Montney and Donnabelle Mae Montney; and his brothers, Lawrence Howard Montney (Sandy), Wayne Arnold Montney (Elsie) and Wendell Jay Montney.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Montney; his children, Benjamin Adam Montney (Mary) and Laura Ann Montney; his grandchildren, Alexis (Jesse), Mariah, Hope (Jay), Kayla (Kierran), Autumn and Duncan; his great grandchild Leon; and his sister-in-law Helen (Wendell). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
