She was predeceased by : her parents, Arlie and Harriet. She is survived by : her husband Gerald Kayga; and her children, Phillip Kayga (Debbie), Nanette Sabady (Alan) and Lynette Merritt (Steve). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Village Funeral Home & Cremation Services (135 South St, Ortonville, MI 48462). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Village Funeral Home (135 South St, Ortonville, MI 48462).
