With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacqueline Tack of Clarkston, Michigan, born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Estelle Smith; and her husband Paul Tack. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Murphy (David), James Tack (Amy) and Carol Barber (Ryan); her grandchildren, Robin Murphy-Hackbarth (Jason), Josh Murphy (Bailey), Paul M. Murphy (Kelsey), Jeremy Murphy, Katie Tack, Emily VanSlyke (Andrew), Aaron Barber (Anne) and Justin Barber; her great grandchildren, Remington Murphy, Addilyn Murphy, Hunter Hackbarth, Aspen Hackbarth, Ember Hackbarth, Ellyana VanSlyke and Liam VanSlyke; and her sister Sheila Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
