He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moore and Mary Moore; and his sister Helen Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Moore; his children, Sheila Raymond (Kevin), Terry Moore (Laura) and Shawn Phelps (Jeff); and his brother Charles Moore (Mary Lou).

Memorial donations may be made to Open Door Outreach Center in Kenneth's memory.
