He was predeceased by: his parents, James Proctor and Daisy Proctor (Thomas Adcock); and his sisters, Beverly Reedy and Sue Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Scott Grohocki-Proctor (Rick), Thomas Proctor (Jennifer) and Herb Proctor; his grandchildren, Alexandra Proctor, Amber Grohocki-Proctor and Conner Grohocki-Proctor; and his siblings, Robert Gibson (Debbie), Robert Adcock (Connie), Linda Wegmann, Scott Adcock, Rick Adcock, Steve Adcock (Sue), Jenny Klovski and Charlene Reppuhn (Chris). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
