She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Stecker; and her parents, William Foster and Nancy Foster. She is survived by: her children, William Shagena, Susan Keenan and Kathlene Shagena; and her sisters, Teresa Morris and Loretta Nims. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
