He was predeceased by: his parents, Phineas Blanchfield and Nora Blanchfield; his children, Jean and Joan; and his brother Jack Blanchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, John Blanchfield (Cheryl), James Blanchfield and Jody Butler (Bill); his grandchildren, Zachary, Tyler, Ronald, Ashly, Loren (Jenny), Michael (Brenda) and Jason; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Vanessa and Oldest; and his siblings, Dale Blanchfield (Carol) and Jere Blanchfield (Terri).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ottawa Park Cemetery (6180 Dixie Hwy, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346).
