She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Rathka; her children, Michael Rathka and Melanie Rathka; her grandchildren, Jessica (William), Brandon, Michael (Shelby), Robert (Siobhan) and Heather (Cameron); her brothers, Randy Hardy, Jr. (Sarah) and Keith Hardy (Kelly); and her niece Lori McKee (Dave).

Memorials may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
