She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David W. Lowe Sr.; her children, Lisa Yvonne Chigas (Chris), David W. Lowe Jr. (Gale), Andrew Lowe (Lisa) and Joel Lowe (Juliana); her grandchildren, Samantha Ross (Dan), Thomas Lowe (Casey), Mara Lowe, Hunter Lowe, Bella Lowe, Gavin Lowe, Gibson Lowe, Andrew Kauthen (Cristina) and A. J. Kauthen (Aubrey); her great grandchildren, Andrew Cannaert, Olive Yvonne Lowe and Navy Jean Lowe; and her siblings, Keith Haglund (Charlene), Marsha Parker (late Richard) and Valdor Haglund (Iora). She was also cherished by her family, especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
