He is survived by: his wife Jill Hulsing of Clarksville; his daughters, Laura Hulsing of Ste Sault Marie and Katie Episcipo (Jon) of Florida; his stepchildren, Lee Guernsey (Nicole) of Ionia and Carla Callier (David) of St. Louis, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Noah, Aliena, Elliot, Emma, Xavier and Roman; his sisters, Judy VanHoven (Ken), Linda Kennell (Bob) and Sandy Petroelje (Vern); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Count and Jan Vallad.
