In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Eugen leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Eugen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Gheorghiu and Linca Gheorghiu; and his sister Cornelia Dragoiu. He is survived by: his daughter Anca Mitchell (Neil); and his grandchildren, Brendan, Amelia and Collin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Romanian Orthodox Church (5353 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
