She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Scribner; and her son Steven Scribner. She is survived by: her husband Tim Burns; her sons, Jeff Scribner (Shirley), Tim Burns Jr., Scott Burns (Shelly) and Rob Burns; her daughter-in-law Lonnie Scribner; and her siblings, Bill Brewer, Arthur Brewer and Jo Ann Booth. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joyce's name are appreciated to the Blair Memorial Library, 416 N. Main St., Clawson, MI 48017, a place she treasured and supported with love.
