He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Lillian; his sister Bernice; his son Frederick William (Esther); and his great grandchild Madeline Stephenson.
He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Gloria Cameron and Robert Stephenson; his grandchildren, Robert Stephenson Jr. (Kimberly), David Stephenson (Cheryl), Karen Smith (Steven) and Timothy Stephenson (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Joey Stephenson, Laney Stephenson, Cassie Stephenson Ruiz (George), Hannah Stephenson, Emma Smith, Sam Stephenson (Emily), Jake Smith and Lily Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Fisher Parish (3665 Walton Blvd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326).
