Janet leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Janet’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Janet will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Mrozek and Rose Mrozek (Sichinger); and her husband Thomas Ellinger. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer True (Ryan); her granddaughter Natalie; and her siblings, Lillian Adamski (Joseph), Lorie Saponaro (Frank), Steven Mrozek and Gary Mrozek (Bev). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Royal Oak Women's Club (404 S Pleasant St, Royal Oak, MI 48067).
