He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Bird and Jenny Bird; and his brother Alton Bird. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Andrew Bird (Andrea), Anthony Bird and Christopher Taylor (Alice); his grandson Charles; and his brother Richard Bird (Debbie).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gramer Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Clawson, MI 48017). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
