He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Herbert and Ruth Emma Frey (Schroyer); and his brother Peter Bourlakas. He is survived by : his wife Tara; his children, Brad Frey and Shelley Isabell; his grandchildren, Talen and Jaxson; and his siblings, Kathy Lamothe and Garry Frey (Joan).
