She was predeceased by: her husband Thaddeus Vincent Smigielski. She is survived by: her son Bryan; and her siblings, Patty Musgrove (Chris), Rick Kubinski, Bruce Kubinski and Linda Kubinski. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
