He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee and Harriet Lee; his brother Rodney B.; his sister-in-law Karen Lucas; and his wife Pamela Lee.
He is survived by: his son Daniel H. Lee (Sarah Ceder); his grandson Dylan Lee; his sister Denice Combs (late Charlie); and the mother of his child June Fraley.
