It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denise M. Kozlowski of Clay Township, Michigan, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Duffany and Marie Duffany; and her husband Kenneth Kozlowski. She is survived by: her children, Terri Lindemann, Patrick Kozlowski (Karen) and Joe Kozlowski (Brenda); her grandchildren, Katy, Ashley (Sal), Jeffrey, Andrew, Alyssa and Justin; her great grandchild Juliana; and her brother Larry Duffany (Renae).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A rosary was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (1422 Michigan St, Algonac, MI 48001-1320). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church (1103 Washington St, Algonac, MI 48001).
