He is survived by: his children, Tanya Evans and Blake Burgess; his grandchildren, Hailey, Kaden and Tayton; his sister Patricia Upton; his stepson Shane Hampton; his nephew Robert Upton; his caregiver Perry; and his close friend Janet Ashcroft. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
