He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Creger and Queen Creger (Dickerson); his son Rawlen Creger; and his siblings, Larry, Paul, Douglas Creger and Janice Blackburn.

He is survived by: his children, Kirk Creger (Carol), Shawn Creger and Amber Creger (John "Jack" Benigno); his grandsons, Gabriel Benigno, Joshua and Richard Creger; and his sisters-in-law, Laurie Creger and Charlotte Creger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
