He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Matuszczak and Evelyn E. Matuszczak; and his children, Dan Matuszczak and Joan Matuszczak. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Matuszczak Zehnpfennig; and his grandchildren, Natalie Matuszczak (Nicholas Whitaker), Sara Zehnpfennig (Josh Walker), Jessica Zehnpfennig and Nathan Zehnpfennig.
