He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Jo Perry; his parents, Walter Proctor and Karen Proctor (Chappel); and his nephew Daniel Copeland. He is survived by: his son Alexander Perry (Rachel); his grandson Hudson Matthew Perry; and his siblings, Walter "Rock" Proctor Jr., Thomas Proctor, Steven Proctor, Kimberly Copeland, Christine Proctor and Todd Proctor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
