He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald, Daniel Leonard and Linda Rix. He is survived by: his wife Christina Duke; his children, David Leonard (Kelly), Matthew Leonard, Michele Arn (Eddy), Maureen Ondrus (Bob) and Rebecca Saunders (Greg); and his brother Jim Leonard (Deanna). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
