He was predeceased by: his parents, Aden Dale and Francis Lucille Betz (Pierce); and his sister Ann VanMiddlesworth. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his grandchildren, Travis Betz (Caitlin), Miranda Betz, Timothy Brinkert (Rachel), Ashley Vaden (Josh) and Connor Betz; and his great grandchildren, Grant Betz, Evelyn Clark and Reese Vaden. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
