She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Fenwick and Marguerite Fenwick (Garms); and her husband Wes. She is survived by: her children, James Swarthout (Sally), Callie Moreland (Mike) and Cherie Swarthout; her grandchildren, Heather McHale (Conor), Melissa Moreland, Dustin Swarthout (Angie), Andy Swarthout (Hailey), Mattison Swarthout-Yopp and Zuri Swarthout-Yopp; her great grandchildren, Mary McHale, Wesley McHale, Anna Swarthout, Colton Swarthout, Heidi Swarthout, Ellie-Mae Swarthout and Lyla Swarthout; and her sister-in-law Beverlee Jenkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice, in memory of Sandy.
