He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Howard and Florence Howard (Radkey); his wife Patricia Marie Howard (Fouchey); and his in-laws, Josephine and Clarence Fouchey.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Cornelius, Nancy Gross and Michael Howard; his grandsons, David (Amanda), Scott (Nicole), John (Kim) and Charles (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Nolan, Mason, Aidan, Jesse and Zakk; his sister-in-law Diane Fouchey; and his nephew Ed Fouchey. He is also survived by cousins and other extended family.
