She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Bonkowski; her parents, Walter Simaeys and Yulah Van Simaeys; her siblings, Gwen, Fred and Joe; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Rhodes (Herb).
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Constance), Lori Penn (Charles), Mark (Suzanne) and Lisa Gracin (Bob); her grandchildren, Sarah (Mike), Kyle (Rachel), Jennifer (Josh), Ryan (Kristina), Katie, Samantha, David, Robert (Matthew) and Michael; and her sister Penelope (Donald).
