He was predeceased by: his sister Sylvia Gomulinski; and his parents, John Baczkowski and Frances Baczkowski. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Janice Lynn and Brian David (Kimberly Penrose); his grandson Gavin Bryant; and his sister-in-law Joann Van Eenoo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, remaining family and friends.
