David A. Czenkus Obituary
We announce the death of David A. Czenkus of Clinton Township, Michigan, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 76. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Maisamo and Ruth Czenkus; and his brother Ron Maisamo. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Czenkus (Brandi) and Shane Czenkus; his siblings, Kimberly Janssens (Ollie), Kelly Webster, Rochelle Olson (late Dwight) and Pamela Shorkey; and his niece Veronica Michalewicz (Cathy Foster).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the St. Clair Shores Moose Lodge #1837 (33877 Harper Ave, Clinton Twp, MI 48035).
