She was predeceased by: her spouse Ruffin; her child Leverge Wilkinson; her parents, Edward Willingham and Jersey Willingham; and her siblings, Henry Willingham, Marshall Willingham, Albert Willingham, George William, Frank Willingham, William Willingham, Martha Strippling, Claudette Willingham, Myrtle Hubbard, Lucy Collins, Fannie Lee, Jessie Kersey, Bessie Kato and Cecile Basemore.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Heard (late Shelia), Ruffin "Poncho" Heard Jr. and Theresa Ann Heard. She is also survived by eight loving grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
