He is survived by: his wife Karen Skarb Bill; his sister Margaret Ann; his brother-in-law Robert Bridge of Rostraver Twp; his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Nancy Bill of Indio, CA; his nephews, Bob Bridge Jr., Anthony Bill and Brian Bill; and his niece Maureen Martin. He is also survived by five great nieces & great nephews.
