He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his friends, Linda Glorfield, Rick Lustik Evy and Jim Heath; his children, Kim Hunsaker (Mike), Ted Butkiewicz (Dawn), Theresa Rheker (Mark), Jamie Burden and Ed; his grandchildren, Rachel Hoffman (Michael), Brandon Hunsaker, Dylan Rheker and Amber Nuyts (Nate); his great grandchildren, Cadence, Christian, Nevaeh, Ashton, Zaiden and Savannah; his sisters, Marilyn Butkiewicz and Patty Oliver; his godchild Charlie; his nephew Brian Ezyk (Laura); and his great-nephew Nicholas Ezyk.
