He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moravcik and Margaret Kortas Moravcik; his wife Joyce Ann Boyko; his daughter Dee Ann Moravcik; his grandson Paul Siskowski; and his sister Audrey Pilarowski.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Moravcik (Tina) and Cynthia Siskowski (Mark); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan), Angelica, Jayson Eric (Amy), Heidi and Michael (Emma); his great grandchildren, Jayson, Jr. and Chazia; and his siblings, Constance Gasko (late John), Larry Moravcik (Margo) and Leonard Moravcik (Fio). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
