He is survived by : his wife Susan Kay Greenhaw; his children, Nicole Walton (Michael), Amanda Lee (Chris), Symantha Caudill, Nancy Caudill (Michael Allen) and Vanessa Caudill; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jenna, Tyler, Shelby, Kaylee, Wesley, Evan and Tatum; his brother-in-law Curtis Vallen; and his nephews, Mark and Matt.
