He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G Lee and Anne Marie Lee; his granddaughter Chase Magdeline-Anne Winnen; and his siblings, Constance "Connie" Lee and Robert E Lee.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carmen Smith (Padraic) and Candice Parks (DJ); his grandchildren, Kage Anthony Winnen, Hailey Parks and Knoella Parks; and his brothers, Glenn Lee and Brian Lee (Donna).
