He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Alfred Moore Sr. and Michelina P. Moore; and his sister Lynne Provenzano. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Moore; his children, Aindrea Moore, Victoria Moore and Sean Moore (Mieya Fiscelli-Moore); his grandchildren, Mekalina Rebo, Leah Straub and Jace Moore; and his siblings, Karen Diaz (Francis), Lisa Allen (Chuck), Dale Moore, Mark Campeotto (Karen) and Dean Campeotto (Jill).
A reception was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Verheyden, Inc. (43300 Garfield Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
