She is survived by: her husband Benard "Ben" Petrushak; her children, Steven and Cheryl Thomas; her daughter-in-law Julie; her grandchildren, Jamie Tambone (Nick), Eric (Shanna), Nicole and Andrea; and her great grandchildren, Lili, Brady, Maycie, Olivia, Dylan and Hunter.
