He is survived by : his wife Mary; his son Michael Thomas Provenza (Shelley); his stepson Michael Anthony McCall (Diane); his grandchildren, Michael Kelly (Carmen), Christian McCall and Michaela McCall; and his great grandchild Michael Fuentes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
