He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Gentry and Sandy Gentry; his niece Sara Gentry-Dorris; and his great-niece Lilith Avery Dorris. He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Gentry of Saginaw and Jacob Gentry of South Lyon, Michigan; his former wife Jennifer Gentry of Adrian, Michigan; his siblings, Tammy Evans of Adrian, Lisa Judy (Tim) of Pennington Gap, Virginia and Kevin Gentry of Adrian, Michigan; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Evans (Darrian McCoy), Dustin Evans, Suzanna Evans, Keira Gentry and Lennon Gentry. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
