He is survived by: his father Earl Henry of Clinton; his brothers, Douglas Cook (Melanie) of Hudson and Gregory Cook of Brooklyn; his children, Michele Roles (Rod) of Biggs, CA, Robynne Perdue (Trever) of Adrian and Shane Cook of Clinton; his son-in-law Jim Casavant of Erie; his grandchildren, Amie Little (Morgan), Katie Carr (Brian), Shealynn Cook, Gavin of California, Shane Cook, Trever Perdue Jr. (Emily) and Tayler Smith; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Brody Little, Brantlee Carr, Marek, Mila, Madden Perdue, Kennedy, Jaelynn, Taija Smith, Zaiah and Izzy Simmons.
